MISTAKE 2: Same OLD routines

Doing the same OLD exercises/programme/routine over and over again is the best way to STOP getting results, whatever your goal is.
Most people don’t like changes, we tend to stick with old things… but in fitness that is a big problem. Our bodies have an amazing ability to adapt quickly to the exercises and when it does, you hit the plateau and that is when you stop making any progress. It could be weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular fitness, you name it.

MISTAKE 1: Isolated Exercises

If you do isolated exercise (home/gym) you won’t see major Results. It is better to re-assess your training NOW, so you don’t waste any more time! 

You might be asking yourself why?, A. Because you are not stimulating your body enough to build lean muscle and you are not “spending” enough energy to maximize your calorie burn. If you want to burning fat and have lean muscle, you need to perform exercises that stimulate as many muscles and spend as much energy as possible at the same time to accelerate your RESULTS.
